Job Opportunity: Casual Outdoor Leaders – 2025 Season

Black Diamond Adventures is seeking qualified and enthusiastic Casual Outdoor Leaders to join our team for the 2025 season, with a focus on availability for Term 1 programs (February–March). With competitive daily rates starting at $403–$450 (based on experience and number of programs you commit to), this is a fantastic opportunity to work with a growing, passionate team in the beautiful Illawarra region, just south of Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead expeditions and facilitate outdoor activities.
• Collaborate with a supportive and driven team.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of participants.
• Deliver activities aligned with your expertise and certifications.
• Maintain professionalism in all aspects of the role.

What You Need to Join Us:

• Cert III or IV in Outdoor Leadership (or higher).
• Current Working With Children Check and First Aid/CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Enthusiasm for teamwork and outdoor education.
• Availability to work in Sydney and surrounding areas.
• Must be available for programs during Term 1 (February–March 2025).
