Casual cycle guide

Cycle Canberra is a busy and growing bike hire and tour company working with school groups. Due to staff illness and University commitments, we are urgently looking to add another 3 - 4 staff to our casual roster for October through December Ongoing work is available to suitable applicants. Staff need to be

• Good communicators.
• have experience working with young people. (mostly year 6)
• Be physically fit as the job is fairly active.
• Have a current WWVP card
• Senior First aid

Training will be provided Role will be working with our senior guide riding with groups at lake Burley Griffin Canberra Job role may include

• Loading and unloading bikes as we transport them to the lake.
• Briefing students and getting them ready for riding
• Acting as lead or tail rider during ride.
• assisting with packup at end of program.

Job would be suited to outdoor guides, students that are doing education degree or have interest in cycling or working with young people. Pay is under the Miscellaneous award $36 - to $41 an hour plus first Aid allowance. Apply via email hire@cyclecanberra.com.au briefly outlining your experience working with young people?
