We partner with schools, community groups, and corporate organisations to deliver programs that challenge, connect, and empower people across the country.We’re looking for a skilled communicator and relationship-builder to join our team and help strengthen client partnerships while leading our marketing and brand engagement. In this role, you’ll manage the client journey from first contact through program delivery, build strong long-term relationships, and ensure smooth communication across our teams.You’ll also plan and deliver creative digital campaigns, manage social media, coordinate PR and events, and help tell the Outward Bound story in ways that inspire participation, support, and donations.This is a unique opportunity to blend people-focused work with marketing leadership in a purpose-driven environment.
