Group Experience Host

Spend an unforgettable season working in the Snowy Mountains this winter. Venture Outdoors Co. is an outdoor education organisation built on a genuine love of snowsports and adventure. We deliver winter programs for school groups and are looking for passionate, reliable and energetic team members to join us for the 2026 snow season.

Be the primary contact for visiting school groups. Coordinate accommodation, ski hire, lift tickets and ski school bookings while supporting group fit-outs and general snowsports operations.

Ideal for someone with:

• Group management or coordination experience
• Strong organisation and communication skills
• A passion for snow and working with young people

Requirements

• Valid NSW Working With Children Check (essential)
• Passion for working with young people
• Reliability and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced winter environment
