Outdoor Leadership Traineeship 2026

Somerset Outdoor Learning is recruiting for our traineeship program, with an expected mid-January 2026 start.

A Traineeship is a great way to gain qualifications and be able to put into practice the new skills learnt while earning an income.

No prior experience necessary.
