Black Diamond AdventuresThis two-year traineeship is open to school leavers and young people aged 17+, with no previous outdoor experience required. The focus is on finding motivated individuals with the right attitude, character and willingness to learn. Trainees will earn a salary from day one while completing nationally recognised Certificate III and Certificate IV qualifications in Outdoor Leadership, gaining hands-on experience leading school programs and expeditions across NSW, New Zealand and Central Australia.
