Love working outdoors and creating amazing experiences for young people? Land’s Edge is looking for a Saltwater School Activity Co-ordinator to join their team at stunning Chowder Bay on Sydney Harbour.

The role involves coordinating outdoor activities including snorkelling, kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, curriculum-based field studies and more. You’ll also support daily operations, work alongside instructors and help deliver meaningful outdoor learning experiences.
