Trainee in Certificate IV Outdoor Leadership

Southbound Adventures are seeking individuals with a Certificate III in Outdoor Leadership or equivalent to join our team. As a CIV Outdoor Education Trainee, develop advanced skills and qualifications in outdoor leadership, risk management, and program facilitation. As a trainee, you will gain hands-on experience delivering outdoor education programs while working towards a Certificate IV in Outdoor Leadership. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about outdoor adventure and education, seeking to build a career in the industry.
Trainees should display an enthusiastic attitude toward their life and work, along with a desire to achieve beyond their expectations. They must demonstrate a strong commitment to completing their training and a passion for educating students in an outdoor environment. An understanding of the importance of time management, initiative, and self-organisation is essential, as is the ability to work effectively within a close-knit team.
