- Position: Activities Supervisor – Full Time (40 hrs/week) or Part Time (32 hrs/week) at Glenworth Valley Outdoor Adventures, NSW.
- Salary: Full-time $73,231.34/year; Part-time $58,585.07/year, inclusive of all entitlements and allowances.
- Role: Work alongside the Activities Manager to coordinate and supervise a wide range of adventure activities (excluding horse riding) including kayaking, quad biking, abseiling, laser skirmish, and corporate/team-building programs. Oversee school camps, outdoor education programs, scheduling, staffing, equipment management, and customer enquiries to ensure smooth, safe, and high-quality operations.
- Requirements: Energetic, enthusiastic, and hands-on leader with strong customer service, team management, and administrative skills. Experience in outdoor recreation or adventure tourism preferred. Must be non-smoking and enjoy fostering a fun, professional, and customer-focused team culture.
