  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate client communications, including updates, feedback requests, surveys, and re-engagement with past customers.
  • Support program administration by preparing proposals, managing enquiries, scheduling meetings, and tracking timelines.
  • Maintain and optimise CRM systems, ensuring accurate client data and providing insights through reporting and analysis.
  • Work closely with the Business Manager to ensure smooth delivery of client-related processes and program materials.
  • Bring strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn CRM systems.
  • Demonstrate organisational skills, reliability, and a customer-focused, professional approach.
  • Background in education, tourism, outdoor programs, or customer service is desirable, along with familiarity with the Snowy Mountains region.
