  • Facilitate outdoor recreation and education programs for school, community and sporting groups.
  • Lead activities including kayaking, canoeing, rock climbing, archery, bushwalking, orienteering and team challenges.
  • Create engaging outdoor experiences that build confidence, resilience, teamwork and social connection.
  • Work with diverse participant groups across school camps, holiday programs, community groups and sporting organisations.
  • Casual opportunities available statewide, with weekday, weekend and seasonal work.
  • Opportunities available at Milson Island, Sydney Academy (Narrabeen), Jindabyne, Broken Bay, Lake Burrendong and Berry.
  • Join the talent pool for future ongoing, temporary and casual opportunities across 10 Sport and Recreation Centres.
  • Support safe and inclusive programs through risk management, equipment preparation and participant safety.
  • Essential requirements include a relevant degree or Certificate IV in Outdoor Recreation/Leadership, First Aid & CPR and a current driver’s licence.
