  • Facilitate engaging outdoor recreation and education programs for school, community and sporting groups.
  • Lead activities including kayaking, canoeing, rock climbing, archery, bushwalking, orienteering and team challenges.
  • Create meaningful outdoor learning experiences that build confidence, resilience, teamwork and leadership.
  • Work across a diverse range of participants and programs, including school camps, community groups and holiday activities.
  • Join the team across 10 Sport and Recreation Centres throughout NSW, with seasonal, temporary and ongoing opportunities available.
  • Ongoing full-time opportunity available at Lake Keepit, alongside seasonal opportunities at centres including Milson Island, Point Wolstoncroft and Sydney Academy.
  • Support participant safety through risk management, equipment preparation, incident management and emergency response.
  • Rostered overnight residential duties are required, including residing onsite and being available on-call outside program hours.
  • Essential requirements include a relevant degree or Certificate IV in Outdoor Recreation/Leadership, current First Aid & CPR, and a current driver’s licence.
  • Full-time salary from $70,868–$114,019, with casual rates from $40/hour, inclusive of night and shift allowances. Applications close 27 September 2026 at 11:55pm.
