- Deliver and co-lead immersive outdoor education programs at the Vision Valley campus, including Year 9 Residential Programs focused on experiential learning and student wellbeing.
- Teach across flexible indoor and outdoor environments with no marking load or reporting duties, and plan during rostered hours.
- Live and work on-site during residential programs, with required overnight stays (up to 7 nights per term, 16 additional nights per year).
