  • Full-time (40 hrs/week) or part-time (32 hrs/week) position, with a flexible mix of office and work-from-home days
  • Lead performance-driven digital marketing initiatives across paid campaigns, SEO, SEM, and website optimisation
  • Develop, manage, and optimise end-to-end digital funnels to improve conversion rates and ROI
  • Create and oversee high-quality digital content, including copy, graphics, and multimedia assets aligned with brand standards
  • Manage and track campaign budgets, forecasts, and performance against targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and third-party partners to support content creation and promotional initiatives
  • Oversee social media strategy, content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking
  • Evaluate and implement AI tools, emerging platforms, and new communication channels to enhance campaigns
  • Drive ongoing website optimisation and digital innovation projects, including UX improvements and platform integrations
  • Analyse and report on digital campaign and channel performance, providing actionable insights
  • Mentor and support the Digital Marketing Coordinator, acting as 2IC to the Marketing Director
  • Contribute to strategic SEO and SEM initiatives, aligning keyword strategies, landing pages, and paid search campaigns with brand storytelling
  • Occasional flexibility to work evenings or weekends if required
