ROLE OVERVIEW
The Program Coordinator is responsible for the planning, coordination, resourcing and delivery of high-quality outdoor education programs. You will lead teams in the field and from the office to ensure engaging, safe and developmental experiences for all participants. You’ll coordinate logistics, mentor staff, and actively contribute to the evolution of our programs, ensuring alignment with industry best practice and organisational values.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Experience in outdoor education and/or program coordination or similar.
  • Proven leadership, organisational and communication skills.
  • Certificate III in Outdoor Recreation/Leadership (or equivalent).
  • First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Current Working With Children Check
  • Valid driver’s licence and ability to confidently drive company vehicles.

EMPLOYMENT STATUS

  • The position is a 4-6 month contract 
  • Induction and training provided during the month of May 
  • Position officially starts in Term 3 Week 1 (Monday 20th July 2026) 
  • Provisions for a full time position in 2027
