Do you have Alpine qualifications or experience?

We’re seeking experienced and enthusiastic Outdoor Education Instructors to join our team delivering high-quality alpine and mountain-based programs.

This role is ideal for instructors who thrive in cold, dynamic environments and are passionate about helping young people build resilience, confidence, and connection to the outdoors.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for facilitating safe, engaging, and educational alpine programs for school children. Programs may include snow-based travel, alpine navigation, camping, environmental education, and group development activities, depending on conditions and client needs.

Essential Requirements

- Demonstrated alpine outdoor experience (alpine hiking, winter travel, snow camping, or similar)

- Relevant Alpine qualifications and outdoor education qualifications such as: Certificate IV or Diploma in Outdoor Leadership / Outdoor Education

- Current First Aid & CPR (Wilderness First Aid highly regarded) - Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

- Strong group management and communication skills
