Are you passionate about the water and eager to build a career in outdoor education? We’re looking for trainees with experience in water-based activities such as kayaking, canoeing, snorkelling, surfing, or stand-up paddleboarding.
The Land’s Edge Foundation is excited to open Expressions of Interest for our 18-month Certificate IV in Outdoor Leadership Traineeship, commencing in January 2026.
This traineeship is a unique opportunity to gain nationally recognised qualifications while working alongside a passionate team delivering high-quality outdoor education programs across stunning coastal and bushland environments in NSW.
About the Traineeship:
- Duration: 18 months
- Qualification: Certificate IV in Outdoor Leadership
- Training: Blend of on-the-job experience and formal study
- Location: Based out of our Berry Depot site
