Team Leader Caves

About You: As successful candidate you will have demonstrated experience managing complex visitor or tourism facilities, including responsibility for operations, asset maintenance and service delivery. Experience in customer service and providing high quality visitor experiences is key to the role.

Key knowledge and experience

• Experience in financial and human resource management, including staff supervision
• Experience in business planning, operations and development and tourism and marketing.
• Experience managing tourism facilities with accommodation in sensitive heritage settings, including responsibility for operations, maintenance and service delivery

 

Essential role requirements

•  Current Australian Class C Drivers licence or equivalent

 

Desirable experience/qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in environmental science, natural resource management, park management, tourism management or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex visitor or tourism facilities, including responsibility for operations, asset maintenance and service delivery.
