- Into The Wild Adventures is hiring Youth Support Workers, Trainers, Assessors & Educators.
- Immediate opportunities available across Kempsey, Taree, Forster, Port Macquarie, Wauchope & Lake Cathie.
- Support young people aged 7–25 through nature, adventure and real-world experiences that build confidence, resilience and independence.
- Activities include surfing, fishing, kayaking, bushwalking, swimming, fitness, building, working with cars and exploring the outdoors.
- Looking for people who are passionate, resilient, adaptable and confident building trust with young people.
- Experience with trauma-informed practice and neurodiversity is highly valued, with lived experience and practical skills welcomed.
- Applicants must be 25+ and available approximately 2:30/3pm–6pm daily.
- Required: Cert IV or higher in Individual Support, Disability, Youth Work or similar; current Australian Driver’s Licence; reliable vehicle with full comprehensive insurance; current WWCC; Police Check completed within the past 3 years; and current First Aid Certificate.
- Preferred: NDIS Worker Screening Check, Training & Assessment qualification, teaching/vocational education experience, or outdoor education qualifications/industry experience.
